This year Bocas del Toro, will celebrate 113 years since the foundation of the Province of Bocas del Toro. Between yesterday and today in Colon Island more than 50 bands from all the different schools of the Province will parade along the main street.

Yesterday paraded 26 schools of the different colleges of the Province and the Band of Chorrera school won the Drums’s competition !!!!
Today’s parades, full of colors, girls dressed in their beautiful suits, to represent and celebrate Bocas del Toro, will end around midnight with performances of the “Independent Bands” !!!!!
