Under the direction of our skilled chefs, The Restaurant is open to the public for dinner Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday, depending on season) and is housed in a rancho surrounded by our tropical gardens and with ocean views from the bar.
Our menu consists of our take on perennial classics such as filet mignon, stuffed chicken breast and freshly caught fish. Think sesame crusted seared tuna with wasabi and pickled ginger, Thai spiced grilled ribeye topped with a spicy tomato basil sauce and Stuffed chicken with bacon, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes with a creamy white wine sauce. Vegetarian options are always available.
Monday – Friday: Happy Hour: 4pm-6pm, Dinner: 6pm-8.30pm
Saturday: Argentinian BBQ 4pm-8.30pm
